Camp Korp is Southington's newest premier summer camp for all kids from ALL TOWNS, who love to play, explore, compete, and have fun. Open to kids from pre-k through middle school, Camp Korp Southington offers a wide variety of unique options, such as sports and games of all kinds, building forts and exploring in the woods, water games and water balloon activities, and even drumming, biking, nerf battles, and ninja warrior obstacle course races. All campers will work together to achieve goals, take on new challenges, and encourage one another. Through our creative program, campers will develop confidence, self-esteem, inclusion, team work, and leadership qualities all while having the time of their lives.  What sets Camp Korp Southington apart is the experience, creativity and passion of director Eric Korp. A Physical Education teacher, coach, and kids entertainer, Korp has worked directly with the community's youth for over 20 years.  With his unique approach, he makes every kid feel included and encouraged.  Looking at his past success directing camps and leading school programs, Korp's leadership and natural ability speaks for itself.  Combined with an amazing, hand selected, experienced staff, the fun is guaranteed.  Organized but flexible, competitive yet relaxed, Camp Korp provides the perfect balance to an unforgettable summer camp experience.

All of our staff at Camp Korp are fun, energetic, and trustworthy role models.  Many staff have grown up in our program, moving through camper and LIT Programs. Most staff hold prior experience working with children, and are pursuing futures in related fields!

Having over 25 years of combined experience working as both a physical educator,coach, party entertainer and camp director, Eric plans and oversees all operations at camp.  Combining his energy, enthusiasm, creativity, and interest in all things fun, Eric ensures that every child will have an unforgettable camp experience.

The quintessential camp staff leader, Callie is finishing up her degree in secondary education at UCONN.  Seemingly everyone's favorite, Callie is prepared for anything and is our go to girl for any job! WIth her bright red hair and see through fanny pack, Callie is a true example of what camp is all about!

Camp Korp is very fortunate to be able to use Southington's own West Baseball Park as our stellar summer camp facility.  A hidden gem located at 665 Spring St., it has everything needed for an incredible camp experience!  Situated in a safe and secure area, there is plenty of open field space, baseball fields, blacktop space for basketball and 4 square, woods for forts and exploring, trails, a big pavilion, bathrooms, and plenty of usable space for every group.  In addition, we are also allowed access to the neighboring property which includes a ninja warrior style obstacle course, nerf blaster battlefield, and even a bike track!  We are beyond excited to be able to use such a perfect spot to spend our summer!  The kids are going to absolutely love it!
